摘  要:本试验旨在研究单宁酸对生长獭兔毛皮品质、免疫器官发育及抗氧化能力的影响。选取55日龄体重相近的健康獭兔150只(公母各占1/2),随机分为5组,每组30只:对照组饲喂不添单宁酸的基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.05%、0.10%、0.15%和0.20%单宁酸的试验饲粮,预试期5 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:1)饲粮添加单宁酸未对獭兔的被毛密度、绒毛细度、粗毛率和皮张重量产生显著影响(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,各试验组獭兔的被毛长度有不同程度的增加,其中添加0.10%单宁酸组的被毛长度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,各试验组獭兔的皮张面积均有所减小,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。4)各试验组獭兔的皮板厚度与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。5)与对照组相比,各试验组獭兔的脾脏指数、胸腺指数和胰腺指数均有所升高,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。6)各试验组獭兔的血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性均有所升高,血清丙二醛(MDA)含量均有所降低,其中添加0.10%、0.15%和0.20%单宁酸组的血清T-SOD活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),添加0.15%和0.20%单宁酸组的血清MDA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。由此得出,饲粮中添加单宁酸能促进生长獭兔免疫器官的发育,提高机体的抗氧化能力,且不会对毛皮品质产生不良影响。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of tannic acid on fur quality,immune organ development and antioxidant capacity of growing Rex rabbits.One hundred and fifty 55-day-old healthy Rex rabbits(half male and half female)were randomly allocated into 5 groups with 30 in each group.The rabbits in control group were fed a basal diet,while the rabbits in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.05%,0.10%,0.15% and 0.20% tannic acid,respectively.The pre-feeding period lasted for 5 d followed by an experimental period of 60 d.The results showed as follows:1)adding tannic acid to the diet did not significantly affect the wool density,wool fineness,coarse rate and leather weight of the growing Rex rabbits(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the wool length of experimental groups were increased to different degrees,and the wool length of the 0.10% tannic acid group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the leather area of experimental groups were decreased,but no significant differences in them were found among all groups(P>0.05).4)There was no significant difference in the leather thickness of experimental groups compared with the control group(P>0.05).5)Compared with the control group,the spleen index,thymus index and pancreatic index of experimental groups were increased,but no significant differences in them were found among all groups(P>0.05).6)The serum total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity were increased and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content of experimental groups were decreased compared with the control group.Among them,the serum T-SOD activity of the 0.10%,0.15% and 0.20% tannic acid groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum MDA content of the 0.15%and 0.20%tannic acid groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).It is concluded that adding tannic acid to the diet can improve the immune organ development and antioxidant capacity,and
