摘 要:针对轻型集材索道,设计穿轮配重轻型跑车,并阐述其工作原理.采用SolidWorks建立跑车的三维实体模型,应用HyperWorks建立跑车挡板有限元模型,通过网格划分、定义材料属性、创建边界条件和约束条件对挡板进行静力学分析;通过设置优化参数(设计变量为挡板厚度、目标函数为体积最小化)对挡板结构进行了尺寸优化,以达到结构轻量化的目标.结果表明:优化后的跑车挡板模型满足强度及刚度要求,跑车整机质量下降了18.6%.Lightweight logging cableway is increasingly common in mountain forest.To produce portable carriage which better suit this type of cableway,3D solid model of the portable carriage was firstly constructed by SolidWorks.Then,a finite element model of the carriage baffle was established using Hyperworks,followed by static analysis of the baffle via meshing,defining the material property,and setting up the boundary conditions and constraints.Lastly,weight reduction of the baffle structure was achieved by using optimized thicknesss which was calculated by OptiStruct.Strength and stiffness tests showed that the optimized carriage baffle meet the industry requirements.A 18.6%reduction on weight provided the basis for the further improvement of the lightweight carriage.
