高粱红染发剂的制备及染色工艺

摘　　要：以高粱红色素为着色剂,与表面活性剂共同制备O/W型天然植物染发剂,并探究其染色工艺。结果表明,CaCl2为媒染剂,用量为3.0%,色素用量为9.0%,采用同浴媒染法在60℃下染色50 min,毛发的染色效果较好,并且具备一定的色牢度。The O/W natural plant hair dye was prepared by using red sorghum pigment and surfactant.And the dyeing process was explored. The results showed that under the conditions of CaCl2 was used as mordant and the concentration 3.0%, the concentration of pigment 9.0%, dyeing at 60 ℃ for 50 min using one bath dyeing method, the dyeing effect and color fastness of hair were good.
