摘 要:某光电实验楼采用双膜法工艺将市政自来水制备成超纯水,水处理系统无人值守智能运行,无需酸碱再生,清洁环保。生产工艺包括预处理、反渗透、EDI、紫外杀菌、膜脱气、精混床、超滤等环节。工艺设计考虑了泵、阀、管、储水罐的过流材质、超纯水箱氮密封、产水回流等措施。产水水质优于电子工业超纯水EW-I(GB/T1446.1-1997)标准,满足工艺设计要求。The municipal tap water is prepared into ultra-pure water by double membrane process in a photoelectric experimental building.The water treatment system operates intelligently without any attendant,requiring no acid-base regeneration,and is clean and environmentally friendly.The production process includes pretreatment,reverse osmosis,EDI,ultraviolet sterilization,membrane degassing,fine mixing bed and ultrafiltration.The process design considers the material of the pump,valve,pipe and water storage tank,the nitrogen seal of the ultra-pure water tank and the water return.The quality of produced water is better than EW-I(GB/T1446.1-1997)standard of ultra-pure water in electronic industry,and meets the requirements of process design.
