摘　　要：近年随着老年痴呆症患者的不断增加,干预过程中的冲突和矛盾日益突显,诸如患者治疗依从性低,心理需求得不到满足,营养及家庭、社会支持不力,患者决策能力下降等,这就使与患者密切接触的医务人员不得不面临现实的道德冲突与矛盾。提出以职业素质带动医德修养实现人文照护;以患者群体充分知情实现医患有效沟通;以合理营养及社会支持保障患者健康权益;以人文情怀提升心理疏导及康复训练;以家庭共同决策实现更合理知情同意等。通过加强医德修养和转换服务理念,促进医患关系和谐发展,最终延缓患者痴呆进程,提高生存质量。In recent years, with the increasing number of senile dementia patients, the conflicts and contradictions in the intervention process are increasingly prominent, such as the low treatment compliance of patients, the dissatisfied psychological needs of patients, the lack of nutrition, family and social support, the decline of patients’ decision-making ability, etc. which makes the medical staff in close contact with patients have to face the actual moral conflicts and contradictions. In view of the problems, the author proposed to promote the cultivation of medical ethics with professional quality to realize humanistic care;realize effective communication between doctors and patients with the full knowledge of the patient group;safeguard the health rights and interests of patients with reasonable nutrition and social support;enhance psychological counseling and rehabilitation training with humanistic feelings;achieve more reasonable informed consent with family common decision-making, etc.Through strengthening the cultivation of medical ethics and changing the concept of service, promoting the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship, so as to ultimately delay the dementia process of patients and improve the quality of life.
