法学与非法学专业《经济法学》马工程教材的教学比较分析

摘　　要：法学和非法学专业经济法课程的教学目标和学科设置不同,两者的教学对象、教学体系、教材编撰、课程设置、教学方法也有所不同。通过对两者教学环节的比较分析,进一步认识两者的差异性,明确《经济法学》的马工程教材不适用非法学类经济法课程。应因人选材,因人施教,以达到更好的教学效果。The teaching objectives and subject setting of the economic law courses of law and nonlaw majors are different.The teaching objects,teaching systems,textbook compilation,curriculum setting and teaching methods are also different.Through the comparative analysis of the teaching links of the two,we can further understand the difference between the two,and clarify that the Ma engineering textbooks of Economic Law do not apply to the non-law economic law curriculum.Because of the selection of materials,people are taught to achieve better teaching effect.
