摘　　要：培养具有专业技能与工匠精神的高技能应用型人才是高职院校的重要任务,高等职业院校要创新培养模式,把我国极大的人口资源转化为具有高素质和高技能的人力资源,通过对1.5+0.5×3创新培养模式的成效和存在的问题进行梳理和分析,切实发掘出这种创新模式存在的问题,建立健全各项制度,完善各种手段和对策,进一步进行优化,促进高职学院更好更快的培养国家需要的合格人才。It is an important task for higher vocational colleges to cultivate high-skilled application talents with professional skills and artisans’spirit.Higher vocational colleges should innovate the cultivation mode and transform our great population into human resources with high quality and high skills,Through the combing and analysis of the problems existing in the culture mode of 1.5+0.5×3,it aims to explore the problems,establish various systems,perfect and further optimize different means and countermeasures to promote the high vocational colleges to foster more qualified personnel required by the country.
