摘　　要：本文主要对基于移动流媒体技术的英语听力系统进行了设计,借助流媒体技术的优越性,能够边下载边播放听力文件,该系统的功能主要通过服务器框架结构实现,详细设计了服务器应用程序的实现流程,通过使用流媒体技术可有效的满足英语听力适时学习和练习的需求,为日常教学中练习与检测英语听力环节提供了一种更加便利高效的系统平台,具有较高的实际应用价值。This paper mainly designs the English listening system based on mobile streaming media technology. With the superiority of streaming media technology, it can play listening files while downloading. The function of the system is mainly realized by server framework structure, and the server application is designed in detail. The implementation process of the program can effectively meet the needs of English listening and timely learning and practice through the use of streaming media technology, and provides a more convenient and efficient system platform for practicing and detecting English listening links in daily teaching, with high practical application. value.
