摘　　要：盐霉素是一种由白色链霉菌发酵而来的一种一元羧酸聚醚类抗生素,被用于治疗鸡球虫病以及反刍动物的生长剂。近年来研究表明,盐霉素能够杀死肿瘤干细胞以及多重耐药细胞系,其作用机制仍不十分清楚。有研究表明盐霉素能够诱导肿瘤细胞发生自噬。本文对盐霉素抗肿瘤治疗与细胞自噬的关系进行综述,以期为盐霉素作为新型化疗药物的临床应用提供依据。Salinomycin is a kind of monocarboxylic acid polyethertype antibiotics produced by the fermentation by Streptomyces albus, which is used to treat chicken coccidiosis and is used as a food additive in rumen. In recent years, numerous studies have shown that salinomycin can kill tumor stem cells and multidrug-resistant tumor cell lines, in which autophagy activities can be induced. This paper reviews the relationship between the antitcancer activity of salinomycin and autophagy, in order to provide evidence for the clinical application of salinomycin as a new chemotherapeutic drug.
