摘　　要：新时代高等学校培养和造就青年马克思主义者是一项重大课题,事关党和国家事业的薪火相传,后继有人,具有重要的现实意义。这是新时代的深切召唤,是新思想的题中之义,是新矛盾的必然要求。经调查,当前大学生具有思想活跃、敢于创新,受多种价值观影响的新特点,他们学习的内容要凸显时代性,这对高等学校教育方式提出了新要求。新时代高等学校培养和造就青年马克思主义者要在培养广度上下功夫,要树立全员“大思政”意识,营造浓郁的学习氛围,夯实党团工作基础;要在培养深度上做文章,要充分发挥马克思主义学院的作用,建好建强马克思主义学科;要在培养效度上出实招,探索以建立理论社团,依托新媒体和组织社会实践等方式,引导大学生学习、理解和践行马克思主义。It is an important task and of much practical significance for colleges and universities to cultivate and bring up young Marxists in the New Era in,which concerns the passing down from generation to generation of the cause of the Party and the country,and also is the deep call of the New Era,the meaning of the new thought and the inevitable requirement of the new contradiction.Investigation shows that currently college students have new characteristics,such as having an active mind,daring to innovate and being much influenced by multiple values.What they learn should highlight the characteristics of the times,which puts forward new requirements on the way of education in institutions of higher learning.To cultivate and bring up young Marxists in the New Era,colleges and universities should work on the breath of cultivation,such as developing the awareness of the whole team participating in ideological and political education,creating a strong learning atmosphere,and strengthening the foundations of the work of the Party and the Youth League;on the depth of cultivation,such as giving full play to the role of Marxism colleges,constructing the discipline of Marxism well and strongly;on the effectiveness of cultivation,such as exploring for a way to guide college students to learn,understand,implement Marxism by establishing theoretical associations,relying on new medium and organizing social practice.
