摘  要:针对人们在悬臂边界下对带粘弹性层的纤维增强复合薄板固有特性研究不足的问题,本文采用理论与实际相结合的方式,对其固有特性进行了计算。考虑粘弹性层剪切变形对结构应变能的影响,并对其进行了理论建模。基于正交多项式法表示振型函数,并通过Ritz法对固有特性进行求解。搭建了测试系统,并以由ZN33粘弹性橡胶和TC300碳纤维/树脂基分别为内层和外层的复合薄板为研究对象,实际测试了固有特性和模态振型。结果表明,前5阶模态振型的计算结果与测试结果相一致,且固有频率的计算误差处于2.9%~7.3%,验证了所提出的固有特性计算方法的正确性。Considering the shortcomings in the inherent characteristics research of a fiber-reinforced composite thin plate with a viscoelastic layer under the existing cantilever boundary,the inherent characteristics are calculated and verified by combining theoretical and practical procedures.A theoretical model is established by considering the influence of shear deformation in the viscoelastic layer on the structural strain energy.The method of orthogonal polynomials is used to express the vibrating mode function,and the inherent characteristics are solved using the Ritz method.A test system was set up to measure the inherent frequencies and modal shapes of the composite plate,which was composed of the TC300 carbon fiber/resin for the outer layer and ZN33 viscoelastic rubber for the inner layer.The results show that the calculated first five-order modal shapes are consistent with the experimental results,and the calculation error of inherent frequencies is within 2.9%~7.3%;this verifies the accuracy of the proposed method of inherent characteristics calculation.
