摘 要:以羧甲基淀粉-海藻酸钠-卡拉胶作为胶液的主要成分,探索成分的不同配比对软胶囊囊皮的透光率,抗拉强度,断裂伸长率等性能指标的影响,确定软胶囊囊皮的最佳配方。在单因素实验的基础上,通过响应曲面法对软胶囊囊皮的配方进行优化,并得到了最佳制备工艺:羧甲基淀粉钠含量1.517%,卡拉胶含量2.75%,甘油含量3.238%,钾离子含量0.2%,此时的拉伸强度,断裂伸长率,透光率分别为(14.463±1.4107 MPa),(64.271%±2.5434%),(86.500%±0.8762%)。Carboxymethyl starch,sodium alginate and carrageenan were used as the main components of the glue.The effects of different ratios of the components on the transmittance,tensile strength and elongation at break of plant soft capsules were investigated.And then the optimal formulation of the plant soft capsule was determined.On the basis of single factor experiment,the formulation of plant soft capsule was optimized by response surface method,and the best was obtained as follows:sodium carboxymethyl starch was 1.517%,carrageenan content was 2.75%,glycerin content was 3.238%,and potassium ion content was 0.2%.At this time,the tensile strength,elongation at break and transmittance were(14.463±1.4107 MPa),(64.271%±2.5434%),(86.500%±0.8762%),respectively.
