摘  要:采用微波消解ICP-MS测定了香菇、牛肝菌、鸡冠菌、竹荪菌伞与菌柄中镉、铅的含量。结果表明:该方法精密度的相对标准偏差范围在0.39%~4.65%之间,质控样测定值在证书值范围内。分析得出:同一食用菌不同部位富集镉、铅含量不同,不同食用菌同一部位富集重金属的能力也有差异,各食用菌对镉的富集含量大于铅,牛肝菌富集镉最多,超限值情况最严重。Microwave digestion ICP-MS was used to determine the contents of cadmium and lead in fungus umbrella and stipe of Black Mushroom,Boletus,Cockscomb Mushroom and Dictyophora.The results showed that the relative standard deviation of the precision of the method ranged from 0.39%to 4.65%,and the measured value of quality control sample was within the range of certificate value.The results also showed that the contents of cadmium and lead in different parts of the same edible fungus were different.The ability of enriching heavy metals in the same part of different edible fungi was also different.The concentration of cadmium in edible fungi was higher than that in lead.Boletus was the most abundant strain of cadmium,and the situation of exceeding the limit was the most serious.
