摘  要:生物有机化学是有机化学和生物学的一门交叉学科,对培养创新思维有着重要的作用,是对必修课程的一个重要补充。我们在教学实践中,结合生物有机化学学科的发展与各专业学生的特点和基础情况,对生物有机化学内容进行优化,突出有机小分子和大分子的构型构象及相互作用,适当增加或减少一些基础内容。在多次的生物有机化学教学应用后,提高了教学效果,获得了学员的好评。Bioorganic Chemistry is an interdisciplinary subject between Organic Chemistry and Biology.It plays an important role in cultivating innovative thinking,and is an important complement to compulsory courses.In the teaching practice,combined with the development of Bioorganic Chemistry and the characteristics and basic conditions of students of various majors,the content of Bioorganic Chemistry was optimized,the configuration and conformation and interaction of small organic molecules and macromolecules were highlighted,and some basic content was appropriately increased or decreased.After many times of teaching practice of Bioorganic Chemistry,the teaching effect was improved and the students were well received.
