内镜注射治疗十二指肠溃疡及胃溃疡出血效果研究

摘　　要：研究内镜注射治疗十二指肠溃疡及胃溃疡出血的效果。选择2018年9月—2019年6月来大庆油田四厂医院治疗的82例患者,随机分为观察组(41例)、对照组(41例)。对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组患者在常规治疗的同时采用内镜注射治疗模式,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。对两组患者治疗后的止血效果进行对比,观察组12 h内停止出血患者(25例)明显多于对照组(10例),两组数据存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。在两组患者输血量对比中,观察组患者的输血量(980.12±1.39 ml)明显少于对照组患者的输血量(1152.07±1.24 ml),观察组患者的治疗效果明显(P<0.05)。通过内镜注射治疗十二指肠溃疡及胃溃疡出血患者,可以有效缩短患者的康复时间,降低患者治疗中的出血量,从而获得良好的止血效果。因此,在临床治疗十二指肠溃疡及胃溃疡出血患者时,可采用内镜注射的方法,以提高治疗的有效性。To study the effect of endoscopic injection in the treatment of duodenal ulcer and gastric ulcer bleeding,82 patients treated in our hospital from September 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=41).The control group was treated with conventional methods,while observation group was treated with endoscopic injection at the same time.Compared the hemostasis effect of two groups,the observation group stopped bleeding within 12 hours(25 cases),significantly more than control group(10 cases),there was statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05).In the comparison of blood transfusion volume between two groups,the blood transfusion volume of observation group(980.12±1.39 ml)was significantly less than that of the control group(1152.07±1.24 ml),and the treatment effect of observation group was significant(P<0.05).The treatment of duodenal ulcer and gastric ulcer bleeding patients by endoscopic injection can effectively shorten the recovery time of patients,and reduce the amount of bleeding in the treatment of patients,so as to obtain good hemostasis effect.Therefore,in the clinical treatment of patients with duodenal ulcer and gastric ulcer bleeding,endoscopic injection can be used to improve the treatment effectiveness.
