摘　　要：分析了民办本科院校教学管理队伍专业化的内涵,提出了民办本科院校教学管理队伍存在的问题,探讨了民办本科院校教学管理队伍专业化建设对策,以期优化工作流程,提高教学管理队伍专业化素质,提升管理效率与教育教学质量。It analyzes the connotation of the professionalization of the teaching management team in private colleges,puts forward the problems existing in the teaching management team in private colleges and universities,and probes into the countermeasures for the professionalization of the teaching management team in private colleges and universities in order to optimize the working process,improve the professional quality of the teaching management team,and improve the management efficiency and the quality of education and teaching.
