摘　　要：介绍宁夏某三甲医院按病种收付费特点,从实践角度阐述了按病种收付费支付方式实践应用过程及所取得的成效,总结了按病种收付费实践经验:通过加强医院医疗质量管理,寻找更加科学的费用管理方法;促进医院健全成本核算体系,找出成本控制重点,降低经营成本;促进医院信息系统建设,实现医疗过程实时监控和标准化管理;促进医院推进日间手术的开展;促进医院完善规范化病案管理,提升医保管理水平。The article introduced the characteristics of payment by diseases in a Class-one Grade A hospital in Ningxia.It expounded the practical process of the payment method based on diseases and summarized the practical experience from the practical point of view such as seeking a more scientific method for fund management by strengthening the management of medical quality,optimizing costs accounting system and finding out the key point of costs control to reduce operating costs,promoting the construction of hospital information system to achieve real-time monitoring and standardizing management in the medical process,encouraging the operation in day time and finally bettering the standardized management of medical records and improving the level of medical insurance management。
