内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗胃良性肿瘤的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗胃良性肿瘤的临床效果。方法:选择2017年5月~2018年5月期间,在某院进行手术的治疗的胃良性肿瘤患者108例作为本次临床研究对象,以随机分组方式分为对照组和研究组,每组54例患者。对照组以常规开腹手术治疗,研究组以内镜粘膜下剥离术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:研究组手术成功率100%,对照组手术成功率100%,P>0.05;研究组术中出血率12.96%,对照组术中出血率为29.63%,平均住院时间、手术时间对比,研究组时间更短,P<0.05;并发症总发生率对比,研究组3.70%,对照组12.96%,研究组发生率更低,P<0.05。结论:内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗胃良性肿瘤,治疗效果满意,手术时间短、术后并发症少,值得临床应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic submucosal dissection in the treatment of benign gastric tumors.Methods:108 patients with benign gastric tumors underwent surgery in a hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 54 cases in each group.The patients and the control group were treated with conventional open surgery.The study group was treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection,to observe the therapeutic effect.Results:The success rate of the study group was 100%.The success rate of the control group was 100%,P>0.05.The intraoperative blood loss rate was 12.96%in the study group and 29.63%in the control group,the average hospital stay and operation time were shorter in the study group(P<0.05);The total incidence of complications was 3.70%in the study group and 12.96%in the control group,with a lower incidence in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic submucosal dissection is a good treatment for benign gastric tumors.The treatment results are satisfactory,the operation time is short,and the postoperative complications are few.It is worthy of clinical application.
