摘　　要：膀胱肿瘤标记物目前应用于液体活检方面已取得一定进展,其可以用无创的方式来记录及监测膀胱肿瘤分期、治疗反应及化疗抵抗、预后、复发、转移等情况,同时可针对不同病理类型特异性提供合适治疗方案;由于液体活检在膀胱癌诊断及治疗监测中具有无创、易重复、简便等优点,未来可能将应用于临床。旨在总结和讨论近些年液体活检技术在监测膀胱癌治疗疗效和转移中的应用,从而给膀胱肿瘤治疗和转移的临床研究提供新思路。Great progress has been made in the application of bladder cancer markers in liquid biopsy,which can record and monitor cancer staging,treatment response,resistance to chemotherapy,prognosis,recurrence and metastasis in a non-invasive manner,and provide appropriate treatment for specificity of different pathological types.As a non-invasive,repetitive and simple operation in the diagnosis and monitoring of bladder cancer,liquid biopsy could be applied in clinical practice in the future.The purpose of this review was to summarize and discuss the application of liquid biopsy technique in the monitoring of bladder cancer treatment efficacy and transfer in recent years,so it can provide new ideas to research treatment and metastasis of bladder cancer.
