摘  要:目的探讨脑血管反应性TCD检测与轻度认知障碍的关系。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月我院收治的100例轻度认知障碍患者为试验组,同时选取同时期100名健康人员作为对照组。给予两组研究对象TCD屏气检测,比较两组的MBFV、BHI、ADL、MMSE及MoCA评分,同时探讨BHI与MMSE、MoCA评分的相关性以及MBFV与MMSE、MoCA评分的相关性。结果试验组的MBFV、BHI、ADL、MMSE、MoCA评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。BHI与MMSE、MoCA评分呈正相关性(P<0.05),并且BHI与MoCA评分的关联性更强。结论脑血管反应性TCD检测与轻度认知障碍具有密切关联性。Objective To investigate the relationship between TCD detection of cerebrovascular reactivity and mild cognitive impairment. Methods From December 2017 to December 2018, 100 patients with mild cognitive impairment were selected as experimental group, and 100 healthy people in the same period were selected as control group. The subjects of the two groups were given TCD breath-holding test. The MBFV, BHI, scores of ADL, MMSE and MoCA in the two groups were compared. At the same time, the correlation between BHI, MMSE and MoCA scores, and the correlation between MBFV and MMSE and MoCA scores were discussed. Results The MBFV, BHI, scores of ADL, MMSE and MoCA in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). BHI was positively correlated with scores of MMSE and MoCA(P<0.05), and BHI was more correlated with MoCA score. Conclusion The TCD detection of cerebrovascular reactivity is closely related to mild cognitive impairment.
