针刀微创联合康复训练治疗痉挛型小儿脑性瘫痪下肢关节畸形疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析痉挛型脑性瘫痪下肢关节畸形患儿针刀微创联合康复训练疗效,为临床提供参考。方法:选择2018年1月到2019年1月期间我院收治的100例患有痉挛型脑性瘫痪下肢关节畸形的患儿进行研究,采用随机数字表法分组,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别50例患者。其中对照组50例采用针刀微创治疗;观察组50例采用针刀微创治疗联合康复训练治疗,治疗结束后对比两组患者治疗前后的踝、膝、髋关节屈曲角度及踝关节屈曲肌痉挛分级。结果:2组患儿踝、膝、髋关节屈曲角度、痉挛分级均显著优于治疗前,且观察组显著优于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:对患有痉挛型脑性瘫痪下肢关节畸形的患儿进行针刀微创治疗联合康复训练治疗可以显著的增大患儿的踝、膝、髋关节屈曲角度,改善患儿的痉挛分级。Objective:To analyze the curative eflect of minimally invasive surgery and rehabilitation training for children with cerebral palsy and lower extremity joint deformity,and provide reference for clinical.Methods:A total of 100 children with spastic cerebral palsy and lower extremity joint deformity admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.50 patients were respectively.Among them,50 patients in the control group were treated with needle-knife minimally invasive surgery;50 patients in the observation group were treated with minimally invasive treatment with needle knife and rehabilitation training.After treatment,the flexion angles of the ankle,knee and hip joints before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The flexion angles and sputum grades of the ankle,knee and hip joints in the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusions:Minimally invasive treatment with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training for children with spastic cerebral palsy and lower extremity joint deformity can significantly increase the flexion angle of the ankle,knee and hip joints and improve the sputum classification of the children.
