摘  要:针对硅孔雀石天然可浮性差,表面多孔和高孔隙度,性质变化不均匀,并且亲水性强,难溶解的特性,通过XRD、SEM检测硅孔雀石原矿性质和表面形态,核心地提出了硅孔雀石改性高分子聚合物吸附-中间金属铜离子联接-捕收剂吸附的试验方案。高分子活化剂通过对硅孔雀石表面有机改性,使其能够吸中间金属铜离子,在硅孔雀石浮选改性中起着至关重要的作用。通过硫酸铵、乙二胺磷酸盐、高分子药剂实际浮选试验情况分析对比,发现高分子药剂和硫酸铵共同使用时试验效果最好,最终硅孔雀石的回收率达到了86.9%的良好指标。Aim at chrysocolla of poor flotability,surface of porous,high porosity,nonuniform property,with strong hydrophilic and difficult dissolution,XRD and SEM were used to detect the properties and surface morphology of chrysocolla.A core modified polymer adsorption-intermediate metal copper ion connection-collector adsorption testing program was presented.The polymer activator absorb the intermediate metal copper ions by modifying the surface of chrysocolla,which plays an important role in the flotation modification of chrysocolla.Through the analysis and comparison of the actual flotation tests of ammonium sulfate,ethylamine phosphate and macromolecular agents,it is found that the test effect is significantly improved when the macromolecular agents and ammonium sulfate are used together,finally the best recovery rate of chrysocolla reach 86.9%good indicator.
