摘 要:针对仿真软件中缺乏异步电动机故障模型的问题,设计出一种面向虚拟仿真实验的电动机匝间短路故障模型.基于匝间短路故障的特点,利用定子绕组线圈与电机参数间的定量关系,推导出故障后的电阻矩阵和电感矩阵,实现匝间短路故障电动机的数学建模.然后利用Simulink仿真软件将该数学模型进行编程实现,并与实际故障电动机进行对比验证,结果表明:该模型不但能够准确仿真故障电动机的各个物理量,同时具有结构简单、容易理解、方便实现等优点.最后以相关课程的综合实训为例,设计了基于该Simulink模型的“虚实结合”教学流程.该故障电动机模型的开发与应用扩展了虚拟仿真实验在实践教学中的应用范围和应用深度,同时也提高了教学效果.Aiming at the lack of fault induction motor model in simulation software, an induction motor model with inter-turn short circuit fault(ISC) was proposed for virtual simulation experiment. Firstly, based on the characteristics of ISC fault, the quantitative relationship between stator winding coil and motor parameters was used to deduce the resistance matrix and inductance matrix, so as to realize the mathematical modeling of the induction motor with ISC fault. Then the mathematical model was programmed by Simulink simulation software, and it was compared with the actual fault motor for verification. The results showed that the fault motor model could not only accurately simulate the various physical quantities of the motor under ISC fault condition, but also had some advantages, such as simple structure, easy to understand and convenient implementation. Finally, taking the comprehensive practical training of relevant courses as an example, the teaching process of "Virtual and Real Combination" based on the Simulink model was designed. The development and application of fault motor model extend the application scope of simulation experiment platform in practical teaching and improves the teaching effect.
