摘  要:建设一支适应高校发展的行政管理服务团队,对提高高校的教书育人水平具有重要意义.在简政放权、放管结合、优化服务的大背景下,将软件工程中敏捷开发理念引入高校管理服务团队建设,构建一支主动探寻教育规律,积极参与教学改革的敏捷服务团队,将有利于不断提升管理服务质量,高质量完成教学改革,促进团队成员的自我成长.敏捷服务团队强调结果导向,提倡适应变化,重视迭代工作,其目的在于保持小微团队的自组织与自管理,促进工作队伍的多元化,提高工作效率,灵活应对教育教学改革的多变需求.实践经验表明,敏捷服务团队建设需要注意:以办公室为最小单元、充分考虑成员特点、重视团队分工协作、磨合期后交叉换位.To build up a team of management and service which facilitates the development of a university is significant to the improvement of teaching and learning in the university.In the context of streamlining administration,delegating more powers to lower-level administrations,and improving services,the concept of agile development in software engineering can be introduced into the development of university management and service team,it emphasizes result-oriented and iterative work.By building up an agile service team which actively explores the rules of education and promotes teaching reform,it will help improve the quality of management and services,foster teaching reforms of a high quality and promote the growth of team members.Agile service team pays attention to iteration working,and its purpose is to maintain the self-organization and self-management of small team,promote the diversification of the team and keep timely response to the flexible demand of educational reform.Practical experience shows that building an agile service team needs to pay attention to take office as the smallest organization and take into consideration of member characteristics,team division and collaboration,and appropriate distribution of the member’s task after running-in period.
