摘 要:高校用于教学和科研的仪器设备资产数量越来越多,大型仪器和高端设备也得到普及,但资产管理的方式仍然是集中式系统管理,仅具有简单的存储、查询功能,导致仪器设备重复建设、资产闲置、无法共享、管理脱节等问题.区块链技术作为一种去中心化的互联网技术,具有不可篡改的信息安全、开放共享、节省管理成本等优势.通过对区块链技术以及资产管理过程中所存在问题的探究,借助区块链技术改进资产管理方式、方法以及工作流程,来解决目前资产管理过程中所遇到的安全、效率、成本及信任缺失等问题.Today,more and more instruments and equipment assets are used in teaching and scientific research in universities,and large-scale instruments and high-end equipment have become more common.However,the way of asset management is still centralized system management,which only has simple storage and query functions.This will lead to repeated construction of instruments and equipment,idle assets,unable to share and disjointed management,and so on.Block chain technology,as a kind of decentralized Internet technology,has many advantages such as information security,open sharing and management cost saving.This paper explores the problems existing in the process of block chain technology and asset management in order to improve the way,method and work of asset management with the help of block chain technology to solve the current asset management process encountered in the security,efficiency,cost and lack of trust and other issues.
