研发投入和双元创新的战略协同效应研究

摘　　要：文章以战略协同的视角,分析技术创新战略两个重要维度即研发投入和双元创新之间的协同作用对企业绩效的影响。基于2012-2015年我国电子信息制造业上市公司129家企业的387个样本,实证分析得出以下结论:在高科技产业,研发投入能够显著促进企业绩效的提升;探索式创新负向调节研发投入与企业绩效之间的关系,探索式创新水平越高,研发投入对企业绩效的促进效果越差;利用式创新也负向调节研发投入与企业绩效之间的关系,利用式创新水平越高,研发投入对企业绩效的促进效果越差;反映企业双元创新的相对探索式创新对研发投入与企业绩效的正相关关系具有倒U型调节效应。企业研发资源在探索和利用两种创新活动间的配置要实现某种平衡,只有将探索式创新保持在一个特定水平,才能最大化研发投入对企业绩效的提升效应。The synergistic effect of two important technological innovation strategy dimensions on firm performance is analyzed in the paper,R&D investment and ambidexterity innovation. With 387 samples from 129 listed firms in electronic information manufacturing industry from 2012 to 2015 in China,following conclusions had approached from the empirical analysis. Explorative innovation had a negative moderated effect on the relationship between R&D investment and firm performance. The higher the level of explorative innovation is,the worse the promotion effect of R&D investment on firm performance is. Exploitative innovation had a negative moderated effect on the relationship between R&D investment and firm performance. The higher the level of exploitative innovation is,the worse the promotion effect of R&D investment on firm performance is. As a reflect of ambidexterity innovation,relative exploratory innovation have an inverse U moderated effect on the relationship between R&D investment and firm performance. The allocation of R&D resources between explorative and exploitative innovation activities should achieve a certain balance. It is necessary for firms to maintain explorative innovation under a certain level in order to maximize the promotion effect of R&D investment on firm performance.
