摘　　要：高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)是近年来发现的一种多功能细胞因子,在炎症启动、肿瘤发生发展及肿瘤免疫中都起到重要作用。近期研究发现HMGB1与宫颈癌细胞的增殖、侵袭转移、临床分期和预后等密切相关。本课题组就其在宫颈癌发病机制、诊断、治疗及预后评估中的最新研究进展作一综述。High mobility group box protein B1(HMGB1)was recently discovered as a multifunctional cytokine and it played an im portant role in the initiation of inflammation,tumorigenesis,and tumor immunity.Recent studies have found that HMGB1 is closely related to the proliferation,invasion and metastasis,clinical stage and prognosis of cervical cancer cells.This article reviews the re cent research progress of HMGB1 in the pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of cervical cancer.
