摘 要:为探讨干旱胁迫下外源H2S对板栗叶片抗氧化特性的影响,本研究以黄棚板栗幼苗为试材,利用PEG模拟干旱环境,硫氢化钠(NaHS)和次牛磺酸(HT)分别作为H2S供体和清除剂,设计NaHS、PEG、NaHS+PEG、PEG+HT、NaHS+PEG+HT、HT 6个处理,以浇灌Hoagland营养液为对照(CK),分别测定不同处理下板栗幼苗叶片SOD、POD、CAT、APX活性和丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢(H2O2)、脯氨酸(Pro)含量。结果表明:0.5 mmol/L NaHS显著增强叶片SOD、POD、CAT、APX活性,提高叶片Pro含量,显著降低叶片MDA、H2O2含量,从而减轻干旱胁迫对植物造成的膜脂过氧化损失,提高板栗幼苗对干旱逆境的适应能力,而添加清除剂HT则逆转了其作用。Using Huangpeng chestnut seedlings as experimental materials,the activities of antioxidant enzymes such as SOD,POD,CAT and APX in leaves under drought stress simulated by PEG were measured by using H2S donor sodium thiohydrate(NaHS)and scavenging agent subtaurine(HT).Six treatments were designed as NaHS,PEG,NaHS+PEG,PEG+HT,NaHS+PEG+HT and HT with the Hoagland solution as control(CK).The contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),hydrogen peroxide(H2O2),proline(Pro)and the activities of SOD,POD,CAT and APX were determined under different treatments.The results showed that the treatment of 0.5 mmol/L NaHS significantly increased the activities of SOD,POD,CAT and APX and the Pro content in leaves,but decreased the contents of MDA and H2O2 significantly,so the membrane lipid peroxidation damage was alleviated,and the tolerance of chestnut seedlings to drought stress was enhanced.However,the addition of H2S scavenger HT reversed the above effects.
