摘  要:目的:观察生物活性玻璃(45S5)对人工早期根面龋再矿化的影响。方法:收集20颗因正畸拔除的下颌前磨牙,于前磨牙根面开窗制成40片牙骨质块,放置于37℃人工脱矿液中96 h,制备出早期根面龋模型,按照随机数字表法分为4组,BAG组(生物活性玻璃)、CPP-ACP组(护牙素)、NaF组(氟化钠)、DDW组(去离子水)(n=10),进行20 d pH循环实验。经原子力显微镜(AFM)观察样本脱矿后、再矿化后三维立体形貌特征,并计算出各组样本粗糙度(Ra),荧光显微镜(IFM)测试牙骨质荧光面积、总荧光量、平均荧光量,各组数据通过SPSS 17.0采用单因素方差分析并做SNK检验。结果:AFM观察生物活性玻璃组处理脱矿后的牙骨质明显光滑,粗糙度值(3.18±0.34)μm,与氟化钠组(3.22±0.12)μm无明显差异,但都低于其他2组(P<0.05)。IFM观察生物活性玻璃处理脱矿后的牙骨质荧光面积(84.41±2.77)μm^2,总荧光量(19.41±1.13)a.u.与其他组比较明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:生物活性玻璃对早期根面龋有明显的再矿化作用。Objective: To evaluate the effect of bioactive glass(45 S5)on the remineralization of primary root surface caries. Methods: 40 root cementum fragments from 20 orthodonticlly extracted mandibularis premolars were windowed. The fragments were exposured to cariogenic bacteria at 37 ℃ for 96 h in demineralization solution for the preparation of primary root surface caries models. The cementum fragments were randomly devided into groups of BAG(bioactive glass), CPP-ACP(casein phosphopeptide amorphous calcium phosphate), NaF(sodium fluoride) and DDW(deionized water)(n=10).The demineralized cementum fragments were pH-cycled through treatment solutions for 20 days. The 3 D structure of the samples was observed by atomic force microscope(AFM) and the surface roughness(Ra) of the samples was measured;the cementum total fluorescence(TF) and area of the fluorescent lesion(AF) were examined by immunofluorescence microscopy(IFM). The data were analyzed with ANOVA and SNK test using SPSS 17.0 software package. Results: AFM observation showed that the cementum roughness treated with bioactive glass was significantly smooth, the Ra of 45 S5 group and NaF group was(3.18±0.34μm) and(3.22±0.12) μm respectively(P>0.05), that was lower than that of the other groups(P<0.05), the TF(84.41±2.77) μm^2 and AF(19.41±1.13) a.u of 45 S5 group, that was lower than that of other groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: The bioactive glass could improve the remineralization of the primary root surface caries.
