佛罗里达探针系统对牙周炎诊疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析佛罗里达探针系统对牙周炎患者诊疗效果的影响。方法:144名牙周炎患者随机分为2组(n=72),分别用佛罗里达牙周探针系统(试验组)和常规探诊(对照组)进行诊疗和护理。比较2组间的PD和CAL值的稳定性,患者的满意度,治疗的依从程度以及治疗前后的效果。结果:佛罗里达牙周探针系统检查,PD和CAL数值更为稳定(P<0.05);患者的疼痛感更低(P<0.05),满意度更高(P<0.05);患者的依从性远高于对照组(90.28%和69.44%,P<0.05)。复诊时PD的降低值也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:佛罗里达探针系统能真实获得的牙周检查数据,增加患者舒适度,提高患者的满意度和依从性。Objective: To analyze the effects of diagnosis and treatment for patients with periodontitis by the Florida probe system. Methods: 144 patients with periodontitis was divided into 2 groups randomly(n=77), clinical diagnosis, treatment and care using by Florida periodontal probe system(test group) and the traditional check(control group) respectively. The PD and the stability of CAL value, the patient’s satisfaction, treatment outcome were compared between the 2 groups. Results: Florida periodontal probe system resulted in more stable PD and CAL values(P<0.05), lower PD value after treatment(P<0.05);with lower pain VAS(P<0.05), higher satisfaction(P<0.05) and higher compliance(90.28% vs 69.44%,P<0.05) than the traditional cheek. Conclusion: Florida probe system may provide more stable periodontal examination data, increase patient comfort and improve the patients’ satisfaction and compliance.
