摘 要:目的:探讨肝细胞生长因子受体(C-met)与环氧合酶-2(Cox-2)在口腔白斑(OLK)及口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)组织中的表达及其相关性。方法:应用免疫组化法检测10例口腔正常黏膜组织(NOM),22例OLK组织和20例OSCC组织中C-met和Cox-2蛋白的表达情况。结果:C-met和Cox-2蛋白在NOM,OLK,OSCC中的表达强度依次增高(P<0.05)。C-met和Cox-2蛋白在OLK组织和OSCC组织中分别相关(P<0.05)。结论:C-met和Cox-2蛋白在口腔黏膜早期癌变进程中表达异常增高,并有明显的协同作用。Objective: To compare the expression of C-met and Cox-2 in the tissues of oral leukoplakia(OLK) and oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC). Methods: The expression of c-met and Cox-2 in 10 cases of normal oral mucosa(NOM) tissue, 22 cases of OLK tissue and 20 cases of OSCC tissue was detected with immunohistochemistry SP method. Results: The positive expression rates of C-met and Cox-2 proteins in OSCC were higher than those in OLK and NOM(P<0.05). C-met expression was positively correlated with Cox-2(P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression of C-met and Cox-2 protein in the early stage of carcinogenesis of oral mucosa is synergistically increased.
