摘 要:目的:比较计算机局部麻醉系统(CCLAD)中上牙槽前中神经(AMSA)麻醉和传统手推式浸润麻醉在上颌牙周刮治中的应用效果。方法:25名患者纳入自身双侧对照试验。使用视觉评价量表(VAS)评估实验组(n=25)。CCLAD中AMSA与对照组(n=25)传统手推式浸润麻醉方式在注射过程中的疼痛感和麻醉效果。结果:对照组和实验组的麻醉效果无统计学差异(P>0.05);实验组和对照组的VAS分别为3.44±1.56和4.16±1.34(P<0.05)。结论:CCLAD中AMSA作用于上颌牙周刮治时,能够保证整个操作过程顺利完成,比传统手推式浸润麻醉疼痛感小。Objective: To compare the effects of anterior middle superior alveolar nerve(AMSA) block between traditional hand-push infiltration anesthesia and computer-controlled local anesthsia delivery system(CCLAD) during periodontal scaling and root planning(SRP). Methods: 25 cases were included in a 2-sides autocontrol study. The visual analogue scale(VAS) was used to evaluate the pain degree and anesthesia effect during the injection and operation. Results: There was no significant difference of anesthetic effect between the 2 groups(P>0.05). The pain VAS score of the experimental group and control group was 3.44±1.58 and 4.16±1.34 respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion: The AMSA by CCLAD for the maxillary periodontal scaling and root planning may produce similar anesthesia effect of traditional hand-push infiltration with less pain.
