摘  要:目的探讨急危重患儿的病情识别及干预课程对提高PICU专科护士核心能力的应用效果。方法选取2016年1-12月我科的37名PICU专科护士,通过查阅书籍、参考文献、咨询专家及对PICU医护人员的访谈自行设置培训课程进行短期的培训。于培训前后对护士进行理论和情景模拟考试与考核,并调查医生对护士病情识别与干预能力的满意度。结果培训后护士的平均理论成绩为(85.03±2.05)分,高于培训前的(80.57±2.94)分;培训后的平均情景模拟成绩为(85.16±1.59)分,高于培训前的(79.30±4.30)分;培训后的专科护士的核心能力自评分和他评分均高于培训前;医生对护士病情识别与干预能力的满意度由78.38%上升至97.3%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急危重患儿的病情识别及干预课程能有效地提高PICU专科护士的核心能力,使护士更好地胜任临床工作。Objective To explore the application effect of the condition identification and intervention course for critically ill children to improve the core competence of PICU specialist nurses.Methods By setting up training courses by consulting books,reference materials,consulting experts and interviews with PICU medical staff,short-term training were given to 37 PICU specialist nurses.The nurses were subjected to theoretical and scenario simulation tests and assessments before and after the training,and investigate doctors'satisfaction with the ability of nurses to identify and intervene.Questionnaire survey of nurses after all courses are completed.Results After training,The average theoretical score of nurses was(85.03±2.05)points,which was higher than(80.57±2.94)points before training.The average scenario simulation score was(85.16±1.59)points,higher than that before training(79.30±4.30)points.After training,the core competence of the specialist nurses is higher than the self-rating and his scores before the training.The doctor's satisfaction with the nurse's condition identification and intervention ability increased from 78.38%to 97.3%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The condition identification and intervention course for critically ill children can effectively improve the core competence of PICU specialist nurses.
