罕见胸腺Rosai-Dorfman病1例

摘　　要：1例患者因体检时发现纵隔肿瘤就诊,临床考虑胸腺瘤。术后病理检查可见组织细胞吞噬淋巴细胞、浆细胞、中性粒细胞等,免疫组织化学示S-100及CD68阳性,CD1a阴性。最终诊断为胸腺Rosai-Dorfman病,提示临床医师应注意避免漏诊与误诊。The patient was admitted to hospital with diagnosis of mediastinal tumor on physical examination which was clinically considered as thymoma.Postoperative pathological examination revealed that lymphocytes,plasma cells and neutrophil were phagocytized by histiocytes.Immunohistochemical analysis demonstrated that the tumor was positive for S-100 and CD68,but negative for CD1a.The finally diagnosis was Rosai-Dorfman disease,suggesting that we should pay attention to reduce misdiagnosis.
