摘　　要：表皮细胞膜片作为表皮替代物在创面修复中发挥了重要作用,既往应用于大面积烧伤患者并取得了良好效果。本文回顾表皮细胞膜片培养、临床应用及储存、冻干的研究进展,分析了其在临床应用中存在的问题。认为随着组织工程学、材料学及细胞生物学的发展,表皮细胞膜片将在创面修复中具有更好的应用前景。As an epidermal substitute,epidermal cell sheet plays an important role in wound repair.It has been applied to large-area burn patients and achieved good results.A brief review of the research progress in the culture,clinical application and storage and freeze-drying of cultured epidermal cell sheet has been given,and its problems in clinical application has been analyzed in this article.With the development of tissue engineering,materials science and cell biology,cultured epidermal cell sheet will have better application prospects in wound repair.
