摘　　要：人中结构的完整性在正常人上唇及面部美学中占有非常重要的地位。在唇裂患儿唇畸形修复过程中,随年龄增长患者对外观要求逐渐增高,尤其对人中结构的立体美观要求最高。其中又以人中嵴的重建难度最高。本文对近年来学者们对人中嵴的形成、重建及重建术后评价方法进行综述,为后期研究提供重要的理论支持。The integrity of philtrum structure plays an important role in upper lip and facial aesthetics.In the repair process of lip deformity in children with cleft lip,patients′requirements for appearance gradually increase as the age increases,especially for the three-dimensional beauty of human structure.Among them,the philtrum crest is the most difficult to be constructed.This article reviews the formation,reconstruction and evalution methods of philtrum column in recent years which provides important theoretical support for later studies.
