摘 要:文章针对光伏行业超纯水需求,以自来水为水源,设计采用盘式过滤+超滤+两级反渗透+EDI+抛光混床组合工艺,制备电阻率大于18MΩ·cm的超纯水应用于生产。采用盘式过滤及超滤降低自来水悬浮物浓度和浊度,利用两级反渗透进行初级脱盐并去除COD,应用EDI技术进行深度脱盐,最后采用抛光混床进一步降低电导率。工程实际运行表明,该工艺流程较为合理,具有占地面积小、稳定性好、运行成本低等优点,最终所产纯水水质满足企业生产用水标准。In order to meet the demand of ultra-pure water in photovoltaic industry,disc type filtration,ultrafiltration,two-stage reverse osmosis,EDI and polishing mixed bed were designed to prepare ultra-pure water with resistance greater than 18MΩ·cm for production.Disc filtration and ultra-filtration were used to reduce the suspended solids concentration and turbidity of tap water,primary desalination was carried out by two-stage reverse osmosis and deep desalination was carried out by EDI technology.Finally,the conductivity was further reduced by polishing mixed bed.The actual operation of the project showed that the technological process is reasonable,it has the advantages of small occupation area,good stability and low operation cost,and the final pure water quality meets the production water standard of the enterprise.
