微螺钉种植体支抗在口腔正畸中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨微螺钉种植体支抗在口腔正畸中的应用效果。方法 60例错颌畸形患者为研究对象,根据完全随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者行口外弓强支抗治疗,观察组行微螺钉种植体支抗治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、磨牙移位、凸距差、上中切牙倾角差和咀嚼功能。结果观察组总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的咀嚼功能评分(9.25±0.46)分、上中切牙倾角差(5.26±1.28)°、凸距差(25.31±1.21)mm高于对照组的(8.18±0.38)分、(3.32±0.34)°、(17.12±1.35)mm,磨牙移位(2.41±0.22)mm低于对照组的(3.85±0.41)mm,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微螺钉种植体支抗对错颌畸形具有良好的治疗效果,可有效改善患者的咀嚼功能,值得在临床中进行大力推广应用。Objective To discuss the application effect of microscrew implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Methods A total of 60 malocclusion patients as study subjects were divided into control group and observation group by complete random method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with strong anchorage therapy of the external arch, and the observation group was treated with microscrew implant anchorage. The clinical efficacy, molar displacement, convex distance difference, angle difference of upper and middle incisors and masticatory function were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 90.00% in the observation group, which was higher than 66.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The masticatory function score, angle difference of upper and middle incisors, convex distance difference were(9.25±0.46) points,(5.26±1.28) ° and(25.31±1.21) mm in the observation group, which was higher than(8.18±0.38) points,(3.32±0.34)° and(17.12±1.35) mm in the control group, and molar displacement(2.41±0.22) mm was lower than(3.85±0.41) mm in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Microscrew implant anchorage shows good therapeutic effect for malocclusion, and it can effectively improve the masticatory function of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
