摘 要:目的研究不同方法处理的钛种植体对骨整合的影响。方法采用喷砂和粉末注射成型两种方法处理制备钛种植体后酸蚀。将两组种植体植入犬股骨内,分别于4,8,12周处死动物,制作标本进行X线检查,制作硬组织切片进行骨组织形成情况检测,采用图像处理系统测定骨长入深度。结果 X线显示在不同时间两组无明显区别。硬组织切片显示4周时两组骨形成情况差别不显著;8周时粉末注射成型组的成骨活动较喷砂组活跃,结缔组织更薄,成骨细胞和类骨质更为丰富;12周时粉末注射成型组骨生成的量和质都较喷砂组有明显优势,且连通孔内有新矿化及成熟骨组织形成。骨长入深度测定结果显示4周时两组均无骨组织形成;8周时喷砂组种植体骨长入深度为45. 615±11. 157,粉末注射成型组为83. 263±12. 515;12周时喷砂组为86. 513±8. 905,粉末注射成型组181. 711±9. 043;两个时间点两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论粉末注射成型法制备的钛种植体对骨整合的影响优于喷砂法。Objective To study the effects of titanium implants prepared by different methods on osseointegration. Methods All titanium implants were divided into two groups. The implant in one group was sandblasted on the surface of dense implants and the implant in the other group was prepared by powder injection molding. All implants were etched by acid. Two kinds of implants were implanted into the femur of the dog and the animals were executed at 4,8,12 week. The specimens were examined by X-ray. Hard tissue sections were made to observe the formation of bone tissue. Bone penetration depth was measured by image processing system. Results X-ray showed no obvious difference between the two groups at all time points. Hard tissue sections showed that there was no significant difference in bone formation between the two groups at 4 week. At 8 week,the bone formation in powder injection molding group was more active than that in sandblasting group. In powder injection molding group,the connective tissue was thinner,and the osteoblasts and osteoid were more abundant. At 12 week,the quantity and quality of bone formation in powder injection molding group were better than that in sandblasting group,and there were new mineralized bone and mature bone in connecting pores. Bone penetration depth at4 week showed no statistical significance between two groups. At 8 week,the bone penetration depth was 45. 615 ± 11. 157 in sand blasting group and 83. 263 ±12. 515 in powder injection group( P < 0. 05). At 12 week,the bone penetration depth was 86. 513 ±8. 905 in sand blasting group and 181. 711 ±9. 043 in powder injection group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The effect of titanium implants prepared by powder injection molding technology is better than that of sandblasting on osseointegration.
