摘 要:目的探讨细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM1)、X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)在宫颈癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选取76例宫颈癌患者的宫颈癌组织标本为宫颈癌组,43例宫颈炎患者的宫颈炎组织标本为宫颈炎组,39例健康体检者的正常宫颈组织标本为对照组,对比3组组织中ICAM1、XIAP阳性表达情况,并分析ICAM1、XIAP阳性表达情况与宫颈癌患者临床特征的关系。此外,分析ICAM1、XIAP在宫颈癌组织中表达情况的相关性。结果 3组组织中ICAM1、XIAP阳性表达率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。其中,宫颈癌组中ICAM1、XIAP阳性表达率均高于宫颈炎组与对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。FIGO分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移、低分化的宫颈癌患者的宫颈癌组织中ICAM1、XIAP阳性表达率分别高于FIGO分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移、中高分化的宫颈癌患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示,宫颈癌组织中ICAM1与XIAP表达无相关性(P﹥0.05)。结论 ICAM1、XIAP在宫颈癌组织中呈异常表达,且与宫颈癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移及分化程度有关,对宫颈癌的诊断及病情判断具有一定的指导意义。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of intercellular adhesion molecule 1(ICAM1) and X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein(XIAP) in cervical cancer. Method A total of 76 cases of cervical cancer were included in the study, from whom the cervical cancer tissues were collected as cervical cancer group, another43 patients with cervicitis were collected for cervicitis tissues as cervicitis group, besides, 39 healthy physical examination volunteers with normal cervical tissues were recruited as control group. The positive expression of ICAM1 and XIAP were compared among the three groups, furthermore, the correlation between the positive expression of ICAM1, XIAP and the clinical characteristics of cervical cancer patients was analyzed. Additionally, the correlation between the positive expression of ICAM1 and XIAP in cervical carcinoma was also investigated. Result The positive expression rates of ICAM1 and XIAP in the three groups exhibited statistically significant difference(P<0.01), moreover, the positive expression rates of ICAM1 and XIAP in cervical cancer were significantly higher compared to that in cervicitis group and control group(P<0.05). International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO) stage of III-IV, positive lymph node metastasis, and poor differentiation were associated with significantly higher positive expression rates of ICAM1 and XIAP compared to patients with FIGO stage of I-II, negative lymph node metastasis, and moderate-to high-differentiation,and the differences were of statistical significance(P<0.05). Spearman correlation analysis evidently precluded the correlation between the positive expression of ICAM1 and XIAP in cervical cancer tissues(P>0.05). Conclusion The expression of ICAM1 and XIAP in cervical cancer are abnormal, and are related to the clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and degree of differentiation of cervical cancer, which is useful for the diagnosis and evaluation of cervical cancer.
