摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定银翘解毒丸(水蜜丸)中绿原酸、连翘苷、牛蒡苷、甘草苷和甘草酸的含量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Thermo C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.5%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.8mL/min;检测波长230nm;柱温25℃。结果 5种成分分别在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9997),平均加样回收率99.02%~100.96%,RSD0.53%~1.72%。结论该方法快速简便、准确可靠、重复性好,可用于银翘解毒丸(水蜜丸)的质量控制。Objective To develop an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of Chlorogenic acid, Phillyrin, arctiin, Liquiritin and Glycyrrhizic acid in Yinqiao Jiedu Pills(Water-honeyed pill).Methods The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 25℃ thermostatic Thermo C18 column( 4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid water solution flowing at 0.8 m L/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.Results Five constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0. 9997),whose average recoveries were 99.02%~100.96% with the RSDs of 0.53%~1.72%.Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable,reproducible and can be used for the rapid quality control of Yinqiao Jiedu Pills(Water-honeyed pill).
