结扎切除术联合补阳还五汤治疗直肠息肉64例疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察结扎切除术联合补阳还五汤治疗直肠息肉的疗效,选取2017年5月至2019年4月在我院确诊为直肠息肉并住院治疗的128例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组64例。对照组予以结扎切除术治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上联合口服补阳还五汤治疗,2周后观察2组患者临床疗效及术后并发症(出血、感染)发生情况。结果显示,研究组患者临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,结扎切除术联合补阳还五汤治疗直肠息肉疗效显著,且安全性高。In order to observe the curative effect of ligature resection combined with Buyanghuanwu Tang(a TCM formula,shortly named as Tang)in the treatment of rectal polyps(RP),128 patients diagnosed as RPin author’s hospital from May 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into study group(n=64)and control group(n =64).The control group was treated with ligature and resection,and the study group was treated with Tang on the basis of the control group.Two weeks later,the clinical efficacy and complications(bleeding,infection)of the two groups were observed.As results,the total clinical effective rate of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complication in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results show that the combination of ligature resection and Tang has significant effect on the treatment of RP,and is of high safety.
