摘 要:目的 探讨闽南传统文化对儿童饮食行为的影响,为促进闽南地区儿童健康成长提供依据。方法 应用分层整群随机抽样法抽取泉州市1 804名2~6岁儿童,依据标准分为闽南籍组和非闽南籍组,采用自行设计的儿童饮食行为调查问卷进行调查,所得数据采用χ2检验分析。结果 共调查1 804名儿童,按照纳入标准,闽南籍组与非闽南籍组分别有583名和79名儿童。闽南籍组与非闽南籍组儿童进餐习惯、食欲差、食用零食和饮用饮料方面比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0. 05);闽南籍组儿童进餐规律、挑食偏食、均衡饮食方面均优于非闽南籍儿童(均P<0. 05)。结论 闽南地区传统的饮食文化有助于加强儿童进餐规律和平衡饮食,对培养儿童良好饮食行为有促进作用。Objective To explore the effect of traditional culture on eating behavior of children in southern Fujian,provide a basis for promoting healthy growth of children in southern Fujian.Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 1804 children aged 2-6 years old in Quanzhou,according to the inclusion criteria,the children were divided into southern Fujian registra-tion group and non-southern Fujian registration group,a self-designed children eating behavior questionnaire was used to survey the chil-dren,the data were analyzed byχ2 test.Results A total of 1804 children were surveyed,including 583 children in southern Fujian regis-tration group and 79 children in non-southern Fujian registration group.There was no statistically significant difference in eating habits,poor appetite,intakes of snacks and drinks between the two groups(P>0.05).The eating regularity,picky eating and partial eclipse,and balanced diet in southern Fujian registration group were statistically significantly better than those in non-southern Fujian registration group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional dietary culture in southern Fujian can strengthen eating regularity and balanced diet,and pro-mote the culture of good eating behavior in children.
