精神分裂症患者MoCA评分与WAIS-RC WMS评分及事件相关电位P300的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者蒙特利尔认知量表评分与韦氏记忆测验、韦氏成人智力量表评分及事件相关电位P300的相关性,为临床认知功能的评定提供参考.方法对30例精神分裂症患者(研究组)和30名健康志愿者(对照组),采用蒙特利尔认知量表、韦氏成人智力量表、韦氏记忆测验进行测评分析及P300测定.结果研究组蒙特利尔认知量表总分及5个因子分,韦氏记忆测验的长时记忆、短时记忆、瞬时记忆、记忆商数以及韦氏成人智力量表的言语智商、操作智商、智商均显著低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01),P300潜伏期显著长于对照组(P<0.01),波幅显著短于对照组(P<0.05).相关分析显示,研究组蒙特利尔认知量表总分及5个因子分与韦氏成人智力量表、韦氏记忆测验评分呈显著正相关(P<0.05或0.01),总分及视空间与执行功能、抽象因子分与P300潜伏期呈负相关(P<0.05或0.01),总分及视空间与执行功能、注意、延迟记忆因子分与P300波幅呈正相关(P<0.05或0.01).结论蒙特利尔认知量表评分与韦氏记忆测验、韦氏成人智力量表评分及事件相关电位P300有显著相关性,可较全面、简单、准确评价精神分裂症患者的认知功能状况,反映认知功能损害的主要方面.Objective To explore the correlation between MoCA score,WAIS-RC,WMS score and event-related potential P300 in patients with schizophrenia,and provide reference for the evaluation of clinical cognitive function.Methods 30 patients with schizophrenia(study group)and 30 healthy volunteers(control group)were assessed with the MoCA,WAIS-RC,WMS and P300.Results The total score and 5 factors scores of MoCA,the longterm memory,short-term memory,instantaneous memory,memory quotient of WMS and the VIQ,operation IQ and IQ of WAIS-RC in the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).The incubation period of P300 was significantly longer than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the amplitude was significantly shorter than that o￡the control group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the total score of the MoCA and the scores of the five factors in the study group were significantly positively correlated with the WAIS-RC and WMS scores(P<0.05 or 0.01).The total score,visual space,executive function,abstract factor score and P300 latency were negatively correlated(P<0.05 or 0.01).The total score,visual space,executive function,attention,delay memory factor were positively correlated with P300 amplitude(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusions The MoCA score is significantly correlated with WMS,W4IS-RC score and event-related potential P300.It can comprehensively and simply evaluate the cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia and respond to the main aspects of cognitive impairment.
