摘　　要：目的探讨重复经颅磁刺激联合怜悯护理干预在双相情感障碍中的应用效果.方法将68例双相情感障碍患者按住院号单双号分为两组,每组34例.两组均予以情感稳定剂治疗及常规临床护理,研究组在此基础上,予以重复经颅磁刺激联合怜悯护理干预,观察6周.于干预前后采用阳性和阴性症状量表评定临床症状,统计比较两组治疗总有效率及治疗依从率.结果研究组总有效率为94.1%,对照组为73.5%,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05).干预6周末两组阳性和阴性症状量表评分较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.01).研究组总依从率为97.1%,对照组为76.5%,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论重复经颅磁刺激联合怜悯护理干预治疗双相情感障碍临床疗效显著,能明显提高患者的治疗依从性.Objective To observe the effect of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with compassion nursing intervention in bipolar disorder patients.Methods 68 patients with bipolar disorder were randomly divided into the control group(n=34)and the study group(n=34)according to the hospital number.Both groups were treated with emotional stabilizers and routine clinical care.On the basis of this,the study group was treated w让h rTMS combined with compassion nursing intervention for 6 weeks.The clinical symptoms were assessed by positive and negative symptom scales before and after the intervention,and the total effective rate and treatment compliance rate of the two groups were statistically compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.1%,and that of the control group was 73.5%.The study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).At the 6th week of intervention,the PANSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).The total compliance rate of the study group was 97.1%,and that of the control group was 76.5%.The study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions rTMS combined with compassion nursing intervention for the treatment of bipolar disorder has a significant clinical effect and can improve the patients treatment compliance.
