摘　　要：医学研究生课程与教学是医学研究生培养的基础,也是体现一所医科大学研究生培养水平的要素。当前,我国医学硕士研究生的课程与教学存在着包括教学方式陈旧在内的多方面问题。本文阐述了作者在医学硕士研究生生理学教学中通过不断实践、创新及改革,总结出了一套以互动式教学为主的行之有效的教学模式,以此培养研究生的自学能力、探知能力、综合表达能力以及团队合作能力,使研究生的生理学教学达到最佳效果,以此提高医学硕士研究生的培养水平。The course-work and method of instruction for teaching of medical postgraduates are the basis of medical graduate education.Both are the essential factors to embody the high level of postgraduate education in a medical university.At present,there are many problems in the present curriculum and teaching process for master(medical)postgraduates,especially the old school teaching methods.In this paper,the authors summarize a set of effective teaching model based on interactive teaching through continuous practice,innovation and reform,for the physiology subject of medical postgraduates.By this method,the postgraduates with ability for self-study,exploration,comprehensive expression and teamwork,can be trained,so as to achieve the best result in the training of physiology.This is hoping to improve the standards of training for postgraduates of medical science.
