摘　　要：目的观察葛根素联合益生菌治疗急性缺血性结肠炎的临床疗效及对血D-二聚体和IL-6的影响。方法急性缺血性结肠炎患者120例,随机分为对照组、葛根素组、益生菌组及联合治疗组。观察各组的临床疗效,测定治疗前、后血D-二聚体及IL-6;所有患者1个月后均复查结肠镜。结果治疗后联合治疗组总有效率均高于其它各组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组与对照组比较,血D-二聚体、IL-6差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论葛根素联合益生菌制剂治疗急性缺血性结肠炎有利于早期缓解腹痛、便血症状,明显提高总有效率,显著降低血D-二聚体及IL-6水平。Objective To observe the clinic effects and the influence of puerarin combined probiotics on the levels of blood D-dimmer and IL-6 of the acute ischemic colitis patients.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of ischemic colitis patients are randomly selected and randomly divided into control group,puerarin group,probiotics group and combined treatment group.Four groups of clinical curative effect were observed and the levels of blood D-dimmer and IL-6 before and after treatment were measured.All patients were reviewed colonoscopy after 1 month.Results Combined group after treatment compared with other groups,total effective rate was higher than each group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of D–dimmer and IL-6 in combined treatment group were obviously lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The puerarin combined probiotic preparations for treatment of acute ischemic colitis alleviate symptoms of abdominal pain and hematochezia early,obviously increase the total effective rate,significantly reduce blood D-dimmer and IL-6 level.
