摘 要:构建高校人才柔性流动效果评价指标体系是定量研究高校人才柔性流动效果的基础。本文采用模糊综合评价法评估高校人才柔性流动效果,从“人才引得进、人才留得住和人才用得好”三方面建立高校人才柔性流动效果的评价指标体系,并以山东省某高校为例进行实证。同时,结合高校人才柔性流动现状,明确高校人才柔性流动应注意的问题,以便高校充分发挥人才柔性流动的效用。Constructing the index system of evaluation of flexible flow effect of higher school talents is the foundation of quantitative research on the flexible flow effect of higher school talents.This paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the effect of flexible flow of higher school talents,and establishes an index system for evaluating the effect of flexible flow of higher school talents from the three aspects of“talents introduction,talents retention and talents use”,and takes higher school of Shandong as an example to make an empirical study.At the same time,combining with the development of flexible flow of higher school talents,the problems of the flexible flow of higher school talents that should be paid attention to are clarified so that the higher school can give full play to the effectiveness of flexible flow of talents.
