摘  要:研究了稻谷、玉米和小麦在赋予不同的负电位情况下,在30℃,相对湿度为95%条件下储存,以及将最难保存的水稻脱壳成大米在日常环境下做储存验证试验,结果表明,具有负电位特性的水稻、小麦和玉米的储存期限可以提高10倍以上,这对于我国乃至全球粮食安全和人类的健康提高都具有重大的现实意义。The rice crop, corn and wheat of different negative potential were stored at 30 degrees ℃ with a relative humidity of 95%, and the rice crops of the most difficult storage shelled into rice was stored at normal atmospheric temperature to contrast. The results show that the storage period of rice crop, corn and wheat of negative potential can be more than ten times, which is of great practical significance to china’s food security and the improvement of human health.
