摘　　要：血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)是最具特征的血管新生调节因子,与肿瘤的生长、浸润、转移密切相关,是肿瘤诊断、靶向治疗以及预后评估的研究热点。近年来,VEGF在胃癌中作用的研究较多。本文就VEGF与胃癌发生、侵袭、预后的关系及在胃癌治疗中作用的研究进展作一综述。Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)is an angiogenesis regulator with the most typical feature.It is closely correlated with tumor growth,invasion and metastasis,and is a research hotspot for tumor diagnosis,targeted therapy and prognosis evaluation.In recent years,more studies focus on the role of VEGF in gastric cancer.This paper reviews the research progress of the relationship of VEGF with the occurrence,development and prognosis of gastric cancer as well as the therapeutic role in gastric cancer.
